Return Process

    Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and the serial number of your Dreame device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts to ensure a full refund or exchange.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
